Medication Cup
The core of ICU-based aerosol therapy
Medication Cup
Working Principle
Working Principle
This AirICU medication cup is based on a polymer material mesh. The size of the mesh holes determines the aerosol particle size. This mesh vibrates in high frequency. The vibration source is the piezoelectric actuator that is activated by an electronic driving circuit of the controller. The piezoelectric actuator and the mesh are the main components of the nebulizer medication cup that is in contact with the liquid medication to be aerosolized. Liquid jets are created as an inertial response to the vibration of the mesh. Surface tension and hydrodynamic effects then cause these jets to disperse to produce a stream of precisely controlled droplets.

Why does AiMesh® never rupture?
From a material science perspective, Feellife’s core technology integrates micro-perforations into a curved section of the mesh, forming a stable hexagonal honeycomb structure. This ensures superior resistance to rupture and long-term durability required for medical-grade products. From a perforation engineering perspective, Feellife’s patented hexagonal drilling process creates concentric rings of micro-pores around the central convex area. These micro-pores are structurally reinforced in the curved section, guaranteeing high rupture resistance and extended service life.
